Christina Lewin-Smith is Business Lead, supporting Kirros in all aspects of operations, events management and administration as well as supporting KIrros in its continuing development; a key aspect of which is assisting with the on-going development of the ground-breaking Resilience Quotient Inventory.
Christina brings over 20 years of commercial and business experience having commenced her career in the States and then returning to the UK to embark upon a graduate training programme with House of Fraser (after completing her undergraduate degree at The University of Surrey). She remained at House of Fraser for 12 years during which she focused her efforts primarily in operational communications as well as completing an MBA in her spare time.
Christina then moved into the world of project and business management working in both the public and private sector within the Ministry of Justice and, prior to joining Thrive, at an international boutique management consultancy.
In her spare time, Christina is a very keen cook and baker and loves outdoor activities including running, swimming, skiing and playing tennis. When the opportunity arises and continues to travel as extensively as possible. In addition to this, she spends a lot of time balancing work and home commitments with expert dexterity!
