Race for Opportunity (RfO) is a campaign group set-up by the employment charity Business in the Community (BITC)*.
RfO aims to: (1) improve employment opportunities for ethnic minorities across Britain, (2) increase diversity at senior leadership levels and (3) help reduce ethnic minority youth unemployment.
Thrive is an activer supporter of all these aims.
Awards Dinner October 2013
For the past seven years the RfO Awards have celebrated outstanding practice in race/ethnicity, equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In 2013 the award ceremony took place on the 8th October 2013 at the Hilton London in Park Lane and was hosted by Songs of Praise presenter Diane-Louise Jordan.

It was a fabulous night, which included a musical treat from Inner Voices, a youth chamber choir based in London. Many leading organisations were nominated and received awards acorss several categories (see below for the full list).
